Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.

If an event is cancelled we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not be issued. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.

All tickets are shipped via FedEx. We will not ship via US Mail and we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.
